What materials are Lemonwood fiber tools made from?
All of our tools are handcrafted from premium, sustainably sourced hardwoods such as cherry, maple, and walnut. We finish each piece with a natural, snag-free lacquer to ensure your yarn glides smoothly.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom-engraved tools or limited edition drops may take 5-7 business days to prepare before shipping via your selected carrier.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our fiber tools worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon arrival in their country.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your tools. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
How should I care for my wooden fiber tools?
To maintain the wood's integrity, avoid extreme temperatures and moisture. If the wood begins to feel dry over time, you can lightly buff it with a food-safe wood conditioner or beeswax.
Can I request a custom size or design?
